† 01Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Ascension Labs website, public materials, research descriptions, prototype demonstrations, technical briefings, forms, communications, and related services operated by GenAI Dynamics LLC, through its Ascension Labs brand. By accessing or using the site, submitting information, requesting a briefing, or interacting with Ascension Labs materials, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the site or requesting information on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site or submit information through it.
† 02Priority
Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms apply to public website use and general communications. A separately signed written agreement, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, pilot agreement, license agreement, subscription agreement, or procurement document may include additional or different terms. If a signed written agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls for that specific relationship.
Public website language does not create a purchase commitment, partnership, reseller relationship, agency relationship, employment relationship, joint venture, fiduciary duty, or exclusive negotiation obligation.
† 03Public Information
Purpose of the Site and Materials
The Ascension Labs site presents research direction, Phase I prototype architecture, technical concepts, product concepts, public disclosures, and business contact pathways. Some materials describe active research objectives, internal observations, benchmark results, target deployment profiles, or technical aspirations.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, public materials are provided for informational and evaluation purposes only. They are not a guarantee of performance, certification, availability, procurement eligibility, production readiness, operational acceptance, investment outcome, security outcome, legal compliance, or mission success.
† 05Operational Boundaries
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the site, materials, forms, communications, prototypes, demonstrations, or related services to:
- violate any law, regulation, contract, export-control rule, sanctions restriction, procurement rule, or third-party right;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, networks, models, repositories, infrastructure, or administrative interfaces;
- probe, scan, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, degrade, or interfere with the site or related infrastructure;
- submit malware, exploit payloads, credentials, secrets, weaponized code, unauthorized vulnerability data, or instructions for harmful activity;
- misrepresent identity, affiliation, authority, sponsorship, endorsement, procurement status, or relationship with Ascension Labs;
- use Ascension Labs names, logos, claims, system descriptions, or materials to imply endorsement, partnership, government approval, or certification without written permission.
† 06Phase I Systems
Research, Prototype, and Demonstration Status
Ascension Labs may describe Phase I prototypes, internal observations, target capabilities, architecture patterns, benchmarks, technical roadmaps, or research systems. Those descriptions are not promises that a system is generally available, production-ready, independently validated, certified, accredited, or approved for any specific operational environment.
Prototype demonstrations, early access environments, evaluation systems, or pilot materials may be incomplete, experimental, limited, modified, discontinued, or restricted. Ascension Labs may change research direction, architecture, names, features, packaging, pricing, deployment models, or availability at any time.
† 07AI Use
AI-Related Materials and Outputs
Some Ascension Labs systems, materials, drafting workflows, prototypes, demonstrations, or research communications may involve artificial intelligence, deterministic reasoning systems, model-assisted analysis, automation, or human-reviewed AI outputs. AI-related outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, probabilistic, context-limited, or dependent on input quality.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, AI-related materials and outputs are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. They should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical, security-critical, procurement, or operational decisions without independent review by qualified personnel.
† 08Ownership
Intellectual Property
The site, designs, names, logos, marks, text, diagrams, architecture descriptions, product names, system names, visual style, layouts, code, graphics, claims, research descriptions, and other materials are owned by Ascension Labs, GenAI Dynamics LLC, licensors, or other rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and share public pages for ordinary informational purposes, provided you do not remove attribution, alter meaning, imply endorsement, misrepresent source, or use the materials in a misleading way. No license is granted to copy, commercialize, train models on, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative systems from Ascension Labs materials unless expressly authorized in writing.
† 09Submission Boundaries
Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
Public website communications are not a secure channel for classified, controlled, regulated, highly sensitive, or third-party confidential information. A confidentiality obligation exists only if Ascension Labs has signed a written agreement establishing that obligation.
If you need to discuss sensitive information, request an appropriate secure intake process before transmitting details. Ascension Labs may refuse to receive, process, retain, or review sensitive information that is submitted through an inappropriate public channel.
† 10Responsible Channels
Security and Vulnerability Reporting
You may not conduct security testing against Ascension Labs systems, websites, infrastructure, repositories, vendors, or accounts without written authorization. Public availability of a website is not permission to scan, exploit, enumerate, scrape, stress test, fuzz, or bypass controls.
If you believe you discovered a security issue, report it through the Ascension Labs Contact page with enough non-sensitive detail to allow triage. Do not include exploit payloads, credentials, personal data, customer data, destructive steps, persistence methods, or unauthorized access results in a public form submission.
† 11No Guarantees
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and public materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ascension Labs does not warrant that the site or materials will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, compatible with every environment, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascension Labs, GenAI Dynamics LLC, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, procurement loss, security incident loss, or system failure arising from or related to use of the site or public materials.
† 12Updates
Changes and Contact
Ascension Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the effective date shown on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the site after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Ascension Labs Contact page. Include the policy name, the relevant section, your organization if applicable, and the reason for the request.
