Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GenAI Dynamics LLC, through its Ascension Labs brand collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains information through Ascension Labs public websites, contact forms, briefing requests, research inquiries, prototype evaluation discussions, public communications, and related services.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that Ascension Labs does not control. It also does not replace any signed agreement, data processing addendum, nondisclosure agreement, pilot agreement, or customer-specific privacy terms.

Sensitive Information and Submission Limits
Do not submit classified information, controlled information requiring special handling, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, financial account credentials, government identifiers, biometric data, children’s data, source code, vulnerability payloads, customer records, regulated datasets, or third-party confidential information through public website forms unless Ascension Labs has expressly approved the submission channel and handling terms in writing.
If sensitive information is submitted without authorization, Ascension Labs may delete, quarantine, disregard, or restrict processing of that material. Public website forms are intended for general business intake, not high-sensitivity data transfer.

How We Use Information

Ascension Labs may use AI-assisted tools, deterministic reasoning systems, automation, or model-assisted workflows to help draft internal notes, summarize business inquiries, classify requests, prioritize follow-up, improve documentation, analyze technical questions, or support research operations.
Ascension Labs does not intend to use confidential customer data, sensitive submissions, proprietary technical materials, or regulated personal information to train public foundation models without appropriate authorization, written agreement, and handling terms. Material business communications, sensitive technical handling, and customer-facing commitments remain subject to human review.

Ascension Labs’ current public website is primarily a business and research information site. If future products, analytics, advertising practices, data-sharing practices, or customer platforms trigger additional state-law obligations, Ascension Labs will update notices, choices, and controls as appropriate.

Ascension Labs is based in the United States. If you access the site or submit information from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Ascension Labs or its service providers operate.
Ascension Labs public websites and business intake channels are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended to collect children’s personal information. If Ascension Labs learns that it collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.
